Memento is a series of images created with objects collected, arranged, and photographed in a single location. Each one a love letter to the person or place depicted. Objects hold meaning and can remind us of past memories, places, and people. When these objects are placed together they tell a story. These snapshots become a kind of treasure map and invite the viewer to look at each object and imagine who this person is or what this place looks like.
