CARD INFO

Flat cards are high-quality prints on premium quality card stock.

  • Flat cards are not folded, so they use half the paper

  • Size: 5 x 7 inches

  • Paper type: 110lb Mohawk Loop Eco White in Vellum finish

  • FSC Certified 100% Recycled Paper

  • Each card comes with one envelope that is made from either 30% or 100% recycled paper

  • Comes in a plant-based protective bag that is certified 100% compostable


ENVIROMENTAL COMMITMENT

As creators trying to add more beauty to the world, we do not wish to do it at the expense of our planet. That is why our products are carefully created with a conscious effort in maintaining a minimal environmental footprint. From the paper stock to the shipping label, all of our products are either recyclable and naturally biodegradable or compostable.

  • Flat cards are made from FSC certified 100% recycled paper and use half the paper of folded greeting cards

  • Kraft envelopes are made from 100% recycled paper

  • Dark grey envelopes are made from 30% recycled paper

  • Flat card clear packaging is made from a plant-based PLA (polylactic acid) and is certified compostable

  • Flat card orders include an information card insert that is printed with water-based inks on 100% post-consumer recycled material

  • Flat cards are shipped in mailers that are made from 100% recycled paperboard - 90% of which is post-consumer recycled material

  • Shipping labels on flat card packaging are constructed from 100% post-consumer recycled material that utilize a recycle compatible adhesive and feature a release liner that is 100% recycled and curbside recyclable

  • Our posters are made-to-order, using Epson inks that provide a low environmental impact, on archival museum-quality paper, which reduces waste because less stock ends up in a landfill

  • We work with a fulfillment partner to print and ship our posters that have facilities on both US coasts, which helps to reduce carbon emissions by bringing the product closer to the consumer

  • Our fulfillment partner uses energy-efficient printers that use less electricity, water, and chemicals than standard industry printers

  • Posters are shipped in kraft tubes that are made from 70-100% post-consumer recycled material and 0-30% secondary recycled material

  • Right now we only ship only ship within the US, which helps to reduce our carbon footprint

  • 10% of proceeds from the sales of our Earth poster are donated to the Clean Air Task Force who are trying to change a global energy system with a deep understanding of policy, science, and technology innovation.


RETURN POLICY

All sales are final, however, if your print arrives and is damaged or there is a flaw in the printing email a photo and your order number to orders@mearamcdonald.com and we will issue a replacement free of charge.

Damage to your poster print and cards

Please report damage within 3 weeks of receiving your damaged poster or card, otherwise, we may not be able to replace it without a reprinting fee. 

Returned to sender

If your item was returned to a printing facility for any reason please get in touch with us within 3 weeks of it being returned, or we may not be able to replace it without a reprinting fee.

Shipping speeds

Our posters are printed on-demand and while the effects of Covid-19 persist and to keep shipping costs low, we only ship via the US Postal Service. Once your item has been shipped, it is in the hands of the mail carrier. We will do our best to help if any issues arise, but we do not have a special relationship with the USPS to locate packages. 

We cannot guarantee delivery times until the shipping situation in the US improves.


SHIPPING

Currently we only ship orders within the United States.

Due to COVID-19, poster orders are experiencing some delays. We work with a fulfillment partner to print and ship our orders. We’re in regular communication with them for the latest updates of what’s going on. Our fulfillment partner is still operating and we’re continuing to accept orders. Fulfillment and shipping may take longer but your order will reach you.
